SHIPPING POLICY
Zuzu's Fresh Roast Coffee can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States; if you would like to ship Zuzu's internationally please contact us and we'll figure out arrangements. Unless otherwise selected at checkout, all shipments will be done using USPS with a reasonable number of shipping days. As always, Zuzu's Coffee Beans can be picked up at the roastery after making arrangements. Also depending on the season, a booth will be setup at The Springfield, IL Farmers Market.
REFUND POLICY
The abridged version of below: if you don't like it, we do not accept returns. The taste of coffee is subjective; we love all of our coffee and hopefully you will too.
Return Policy Coffee
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable and subjective nature. If you don't like it, we are very sorry and would love to know why and how we can improve our products.

Return Policy Merchandise (Non-Coffee)
If you don't like the way a piece of brewing equipment works or the coffee that it produces, we do not accept returns. If you have a defective Non-Coffee item call us and we will let you know how to return it. No returns on silicone to go cups. We will work with you to ensure that you are using the equipment as the manufacturer intended. We have spent quite a bit of time investigating the non-coffee items that we offer; we have tested the items ourselves; there are more expensive options but we would like to offer affordably priced ways to enjoy coffee. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to be a "try before you buy " type of shop-Zuzu just won't allow it.

PRIVACY POLICY
All information collected is used only to process your order via a secure payment gateway. We do not share information with any third party. If you subscribe to our e-newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" button. Any hard copy is eaten by Zuzu. :)
